The hardfork proposal has already broadcast to UniChain network Mainnet V2: on Monday, October 25, 2021 4:52:00 PM  (GMT) by UniChain witness node (address UeB4ardu7xbmxMukLnMbmmmzRGneGp6LZr)

The proposal is approved by 24 other witness nodes (more than 2/3). If nothing changes,  the hardfork will occur when the proposal time is expired (on GMT Thursday, October 28, 2021 6:00:00 PM)
